Practice From Home

Prefer to practice from home? Join me for a live virtual class, or choose from our ever-growing library of recorded classes and trainings. Practice solo or gather a group of friends and connect with community across the globe. Online classes offer flexibility, accessibility, and a chance to stay connected — no matter where you are.

Practice In-Person

Join me for in-person classes at various yoga studios in western Wisconsin and the greater Twin Cities metro area. Unless otherwise noted, every class is built for all-levels with a variety of modifications and accommodations for all. I also offer private yoga coaching by appointment in my home or yours, as well as family and friend yoga series in the comfort of your home!
